During my job at 100%FAT, I developed the electronics and software for an interactive motorcycle, placed prominently in front of the train station in Enschede, Netherlands.

The motor itself is built by artist Jelle de Graaf.

Users can sit on the motor, and use buttons placed on the handles to interact. 2 modes are integrated; in the first mode, users can scroll through paragraphs of Jan Cremer’s(famous Dutch writer) book, and listen to them being read out-loud. In the second mode, users can just have fun and create typical motorcycle sounds by pulling the handle.
